A typical visit takes about 45 minutes. Visitors under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.Accessibility
The museum spans two floors connected by stairs, so access is limited for visitors with mobility impairments. Visitors with disabilities receive free entry. We kindly ask parents with strollers for their understanding. Strollers can be left in the Museum Shop, where our staff will gladly look after them during your visit.Sensory and VR experiences
The museum features immersive technologies such as virtual reality (VR), LED displays, color-changing staircase lighting, and extended screen viewing. These experiences may not be suitable for visitors with epilepsy, light sensitivity, vertigo, balance disorders, fear of heights, nausea, or other sensory conditions. Participation is at the visitor's own risk. Each sensory element is clearly marked, and visitors can choose to skip it if needed.Lockers and food policy
Free lockers with keys are available in the Museum Shop. We recommend storing your belongings to make your visit more comfortable. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the museum. Please secure all liquids and snacks in the lockers before your tour.Getting here

Travel Experience Museum is located immediately next to Ban Jelacic Square, in the passage beneath the Ilica skyscraper. On one side of the passage you will find the Travel Museum Shop, where visitors buy tickets and souvenirs, and on the other side is the museum entrance.
