Online tickets are valid indefinitely, until they are redeemed at the museum ticket desk.

No. If you purchased tickets online, please first come to the museum ticket desk so we can redeem them and issue physical tickets.

Ticket prices are:
Adults: €11.00
Students: €8.50
Children and youth: €7.50
Children up to 5 years old: free admission
Pensioners and visitors over 65: €7.50
Guided tour: €40.00

The museum is open every day except Monday.
Opening hours:
Tue - Sun: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
Friday (extended hours): 10:00 am - 10:00 pm

A visit to the museum takes approximately 45 minutes.

No, individual visitors do not need to announce their visit. Reservations are only required for larger, organized groups.

Yes, of course! Photography is allowed.

The museum is located in the heart of Zagreb, at Ilica 1A, in Prolaz neboder (Petrićev prolaz). Trams 1, 6, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 17 stop at Ban Josip Jelačić Square.

Public parking is available nearby in zone 1. The closest public garage is Cvjetni.

Because of the technology used in the museum, we kindly ask visitors not to consume food or drinks inside the museum space. Lockers are available at the entrance for personal belongings before the visit.

Gift tickets can be purchased online, printed and wrapped as you wish. Tickets can also be purchased at the museum ticket desk, where we package them in envelopes ready for gifting.

Persons with disabilities are entitled to free admission upon presentation of the National Identity Card for Persons with Disabilities.

The museum space extends over two floors connected by stairs. For this reason, wheelchair users can visit only the first floor. We adapt the museum content and guided tours so that wheelchair users can have the best possible museum experience despite the spatial limitations.
