I give my consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of receiving special benefits and for the exhibition of the donation, and I accept the Privacy Policy.

By donating my travel memory, which may include a photograph (hereinafter: the donation / donated item), together with the accompanying description relating to the donated item, and by entering and submitting my personal data, I hereby transfer to the company TRAVEL EXPERIENCE d.o.o., OIB: 03857142786, Poreč-Parenzo, Mate Vlašića 20 (hereinafter: the Recipient), free of charge and on a non-exclusive/exclusive basis, all transferable copyright in the donated item, and I authorize the Recipient to publicly display and publish the donation. I warrant that I am the sole holder of the copyright being transferred hereby and that such rights are not encumbered in favor of any third party. I further warrant that any publication or distribution of the donated item does not conflict with my right to the protection of personal data or with the rights of any third party. The donated item may be donated anonymously, in which case the Recipient shall not publicly disclose the donor’s details and shall record the donor’s personal data in a form not accessible to the public, solely for the purposes of regulating the transfer of copyright and in connection with the protection of personal data.
